The news today , 28 September , is bad Man charged with rape, murder of Jill Meagher . I thought there was a chance to find her , a clear and concise time line , camera video , photos , a quick social media response and it happened on a main road leading out of Melbourne to Sydney . Chances of anyone reading this page and having information would have been around 1 in a billion , but still worth taking .

As with pedophilia , I can not understand the mind set , even given disease of the mind , why men commit these crimes . They are a group that are not easily turned around in institutions , perhaps the only group that can never be safely released back into society .
