Merry Christmas to all our visitors and Oscar , Sam , Bobbie , Jackie , Bek , Zoe , Col , Mao , all of the others , those in harms way for us , asylum seekers and a special thought for Darwin as Cyclone Grant approaches . For me there is a feeling of déjà vu on Christmas days going back to 1974 when a few fellow amateur radio operators made the first outside contact with Darwin .
