" The now suspended policeman ( Percival ) had drawn up what seems to be a standard Domestic Discipline ( DD ) contract .
Apparently she wanted to go on one of his fishing trips , he said no , she pushed it and he decided to give her 50 with a belt . But being a sensitive new age policeperson , he decided to split her punishment into two sessions of 25 , with her counting and thanking him after each one .
" ( She ) said she never liked the spanking , but she accepted it from Percival because she loves him . "
