Since 2002 , Spankoz has been following the recently defunct Fugly Awards and in particular the Award for MOST SPANKABLE FEMALE TV PERSONALITY . In 2008 our suggested nomination did not even get nominated . This time I think that we would have been on a winner , Kate Neill . This time a potential nominee has done something that most spankophiles would agree warrants a spanking ( or two ) ! This time we had a " Kiss and Teller " dead to rights ! ( Note : The former Minister of the Crown is male and therefore would not have been eligible for nomination in the category . )
