Spankbuxx Payments

I have mentioned Spankbuxx before . They owe us over $500 US and are now trying to delay a part payment until the middle of next month . Some of this debt is 3 years old . It appears that other Affiliates have also not been paid . I would like to hear from anyone in the same position .

I will continue to link to Spankbuxx sites through the new arrangement with CCBill , whom I trust . There have been no customer complaints made to Spankoz about Spankbuxx or their sites . The problem may solely rest with the former credit card charge handler for Spankbuxx ( and not " Spankbuxx " in Amsterdam ) , I do not know what their relationship is or was .

Briefly , their Modus operandi appears ( from our experience ) to be to " overlook " outstanding amounts until the issue is raised through their so called " Ticket " system . I used their previous " Ticket " system for a " High Priority Ticket " which was not answered for days and then their answer did not address the issue of when we were to be paid . I also received answers presumably intended for other " Ticket " holders in response to their non or late Spankbuxx payment queries . Spankbuxx now says it has no record of any of this . When I started to talk about Fraud , they reverted to " you need a new ticket " , even though one already existed on their " New " system . The last substantive Email was received from "CEO" ceo@sdservice.com ( see : Sol Digital Services at http://www.sdservice.com/contact.htm ) read :

Later replies to Email have been along the same lines . So , here we stand as I advise the Authorities and await payment . ( This text is this colour because if it is black , it can't be seen on the Blog and if it is white , it can't be seen on the Feed , don't ask me why ! )

P.S. Further reports about Spankbuxx are now coming to light , I would suggest going to Google and setting up Email Alerts for " spankbuxx payments " on both " Web " and " Blogs " ( under " other " ) searches .

P.P.S. The following was sent to SOME Spankbuxx affiliates ( I have just searched our Email data base , we did not receive it ) :

Dear affiliate,

I am writing to inform you about the situation on payments.

There have been some delays on payouts due to an External Audit into our Accounts in the last few weeks. This has now been completed. However due to the findings of the Audit Team we are having to make some changes to the way you are all paid.

With immediate effect Payments to each of you will be made exactly 2 months after the payment run. During the month of September 2008 all payments will be brought up todate as follows:Payment Run that we activated dated 16 July 2008 will be paid out by 16 Sep 08Payment Run 1 Aug will be paid out in full on 1 October 08 and so forth.All affiliates will be up todate under this new system by 1 October 08.

The main reason this has had to be enforced is due to some fraudulent activity within the system. The offending Affiliates have now been removed from the system. We therefore need more time to verify the Payment Runs as they are triggered and implement a “cooling off” period for Chargebacks and Refunds to come through.
